Shipping methods and charges
Our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Singapore. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email pujaproject2023@gmail.com.
We endeavour to process orders within 3-5 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.
Domestic (Within Singapore)
Regular
$5 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Express
$15 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 1-3 business days from dispatch.

International
Express (DHL)
Shipping rate calculated at checkout. Delivery estimate, 2-5 business days from dispatch.
Standard (DHL)
Shipping rate calculated at checkout. Delivery estimate, 5-10 business days from dispatch.

Taxes and duties
Any taxes and duties payable in countries outside of Singapore will be added to your order total and paid at checkout.
Shipping delays
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Puja’s control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Puja is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
Lost parcels
Puja offers tracking for all orders, however we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with DHL.
